Talk about things you understand well.
When you talk on something you understand and have experience with, you don't have to lie or make things up.
This shows up and changes your whole appearance towards a Strong, Confident and Knowledgeable character.
Don't speak too much.
Using words in too much quantity makes you look desperate and increases your chances to make mistakes.
Control your emotions
If you act upon Emotions and react too fast.
You will convey that you don't have control over yourself and this puts you in a position of being controlled.
Be Expressive With Your Body :
Don’t stand stiff. It makes you look less interesting.
Smile to seem more approachable and likable.
Nodding shows that you're listening, but nodding too much gives the impression you’re faking interest.
Be Memorable
Make a graceful exit.
Offer the other person something of value before you go:

Visibility
Recognition
Being Disciplined.
