How to deal with trolls?

You posted something online, and then some random people commented something hateful about it. You feel bad, irritated, or frustrated. You reply to them. They reply you back.

And this loop continues.

You feel exhausted.
First, understand the difference between a troll and a contradiction. What's a troll? A troll is a person who leaves you a "terrible comment" or a "hateful speech" for no reason. It could also be a person who criticizes you at work just to upset you so they can feel better.

A Contradiction is not necessarily a troll, it can also be feedback. Have patience and be smart enough to understand the difference between the two.

What to do? "Like" the comments of trolls. Being kind to people who dislike or criticize you saves you time and stops you from feeling frustrated. The mental energy wasted by replying to comments clearly designed to upset you is not worth it. Think of it this way: every unnecessary, hurtful comment you get is a person just like you who is having a bad day. Why should their bad day affect your day?

Save your time and like the harsh comments and opinions of people who seek to tear you down. Simple. When you receive a harsh comment in public, just say - "Thank you. You're a nice guy." Then ignore.Bonus: The best thing you can do is simply "Ignore." But it takes a lot of patience to simply ignore without reacting. When troll gets repetitive and you feel frustrated, and when you simply can't ignore them, the best thing you can do is "Block." There's a feature. Use it.
