How to stay detached still while enjoying life

 1) Control your emotions

Emotional Intelligence is an underrated skill nowadays. One who knows how to control emotions can live happily. Learn about emotions Accept it and let it go

2) Focus on the conversation, not on the speaker Enjoy the moment Travel along the path But Never throw yourself on the speaker or the path Believe That you are always alone.

3) Read Spiritual Books " Detachment is the key to all happiness" The best way to practice detachment can be found in religious books. Study Reflect Practice

4) "You will die" No one lives permanent Everyone will leave your hand at some point of time Even your body will leave your soul one day Remember this You will get motivation to be deatched.

5) Seek Knowledge Knowledge removes the darkness of your life. Read Books Practise spirituality Stray Curious
