A man should have the competence to be dangerous physically and verbally. The greatest men are dangerous, but know when to use it. Here's your guide ↓

- RESPONSIBILITY - When you take responsibility for your life, you'll have more control over the future of your life. If you continue to blame circumstances and people for your problems, you give those circumstances and people power over your life. ↓

- ARTICULATE - Speaking clearly and coherently will put you above most other men in the world. How to become articulate: • Read a lot (Learn from others) • Write a lot (Articulate without pressure) • Express your thoughts (Practice) Practice these every day. ↓

- DISCIPLINE - Focus + Consistency = Discipline How to be consistent: • Write down your tasks • Write when and where you'll do them • Do it no matter how you feel

How to be focused: • Cut out distractions • Use the pomodoro technique • Avoid multi-tasking like the plague Combine these two to be disciplined. ↓

- HONESTY - Know what you believe and don't be wavered by other people. Create a moral compass: • What is most important to you? • What is utterly wrong to you? • Who are people you admire? • Who are people that you don't admire? These questions will give you clarity. ↓

- SEEK TRUTH - Rather than trying to be right, seek what is true. Write down the things that are true, understand why they're true. Verbally rebuke what is wrong and defend what is true. It is your duty to stand up for what you believe to be true as a man. Stand firm. ↓

- SELF CONTROL - You can only control your tongue and actions by practicing it. You Will Fail Continue to practice: • Keeping your cool in debate • Managing your emotions • Managing your thoughts You will become more self controlled through practice. Be intentional. ↓

- KINDNESS - It literally takes nothing to be kind to others. Know when to be strong and stand for your beliefs. But know when to be vulnerable and love those that need it the most. • Smile • Compliment • Be intentional Kindness goes a long way. ↓
