Many men are depressed and feel useless, but for the need to retain their perceived Masculinity, they keep these problems to themselves, because really, who can help? The truth is, not many people care about your problems. Not many people can give you the answers that suit you.
I believe therapy doesn't work for men, because talking things out doesn't really solve much. Not for men at least. Men solve their problems through action. This is how it is, and it will always be.
This is why men lift weights or start businesses after an ended relationship. Men, if you feel broken or depressed, build something. Just talking about your problems makes you repulsive to people because truly, everyone has problems.
Do you think people are willing to hear your new problems every week?
Women can do this, but not you. On the rare occasions you do, share them when you're actively working to solve them. This way, people will respect you more.
And you don't become a burden to the next man
