3 types of people in business-

Which one are you? Don't miss this!!

In all faculties of life we find so many types of people with different characters. I observed only three of them: the dependent, independent and interdependence.

1. Dependent Dependent people need others to get what they want. They want to be acted upon. They can't do anything in their own. These people are not necessarily lazy but they want to manipulate others.

Dependent people: - Don't sustain relationships - Can't start a business/hustle on their own - Burden others with responsibility - Are not accountable for anything - want cheap and easy things - want short cuts and quick fixes in life. Summarily, they live life below standards

2. Independent These people get what they want through their own efforts. Independent people show maturity nature, free themselves from dependence system. They liberate themselves with liberating goals, doing their own business that can sustain them.

Independent people are good individual producers but not good leaders. Good leaders are interdependent people. Summarily they, - Know what they are doing - liberates themselves - They hate mediocre life - Establishes businesses calling their names - Goal oriented

3. Interdependent People who combine their efforts with the efforts of others to achieve their great success. Advanced and mature concert. It emphasizes 4. Summary of all the three characters

Interdependence is the much more effective living which yields any results.

Independence is only there to liberate oneself and not necessarily the supreme goal of living. Supreme is interdependence.working together It's realization, you and I can work together and produce much more desired results than best I can produce alone.

Summarily interdependence people, - Realize the importance of networking - Realize importance of connections

Interdependence is a choice only independent people can make. Dependent don't have the capacity to choose and no character to do so. - Realize importance of love - Realize importance of helping others - Realize importance of getting vast knowledge and ideas from others.
