How to deal with REJECTION?

Understand it's part of your life, you can't run from it, people gonna reject you the moment they meet you.

CAUSE (why you feel it) You deriving your self worth from what they think about you, their thinking about you is affecting what you think, and your mind is biased it always works to feel you superior to others.

WHAT to do
 1) Take it as REDIRECTION let go of what they think about you and derive it from your inner self, I am worthy of myself, I don't need others to feel my worth.

2) Stop taking everything personally People don't know what they are doing, they are projecting themselves onto you, everything they do is not about you, they 'DON'T EVEN CARE WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU.'

Question - “What kind of people should I have around me?”
Answer,-  “Your circle must have people who inspire you otherwise you don’t have a circle, but a cage.”

7-Steps To Become A Better Decision Maker

1. Learn to say “No” One of the best decisions you’ll ever make in life is to start saying “no” more often. People often feel entitled to say yes to tedious demands that they don’t really want to do... Truth is, life is too short to do things you don’t like. Just say “No”!

2. Identify your bad habits Everyone has bad habits, it’s part of being human. The first step to fixing it is first acknowledging it exists. Once you know what you’re up against, then you can find out what’s triggering it. Fix your bad habit at the root of the problem.
3. Always have a plan Having a plan of action is a crucial part to making successful decisions. Without a plan of action, you have no direction. You’re like a chicken running with his head cut-off. Collect info & create a flexible plan. Failing to plan is planning to fail

4. Keep an open mind & remain emotionally detached An open-mind is important for decision making because you need to examine every possibility. Your biggest downfall will come when you think you know everything. Having an open-mind will ensure you never overlook anything.
Remaining emotionally detached is also important. Why? Because emotions effect your decisions making process. Staying detached will allow you to think clearly & make an objective based decision that will bring the best outcome.

5. Be confident in yourself Making good & fast decisions stems from being confident in yourself & your abilities. The only way to be confident in yourself & your abilities is to put the time in & perfect your craft. Experience is the best teacher.

6. Understand that there’s not always a “right choice” Sometimes as leaders/decision makers we’re put in tough positions. Our choices are not always black & white. Sometimes we’re given a selection of shitty choices that all lead to terrible outcomes.
In this case, there’s no “right choice”. You just have to use your knowledge & discretion to figure out which option will cause the least damage. It can be a tough decision, but these are the ones that help you grow the most.

7. Ask for advice Like I said before, good & quick decisions makers stem from confidence. Sometimes the best way to master your craft is to seek guidance from someone who is in a higher level than you. They’ve gone through tougher experiences & have more refined skills.
It is the perfect opportunity to learn from their mistakes so you never have to make them yourself. Learning from others is one of the fastest ways to progress.

7 habits that changed my life in less than a year

1/ Respect your sleep Sleep is like a recharge for humans. The moment you start respecting AT LEAST 7h of sleep, your daily life improves dramatically. Your mood, your energy, your mentality, everything is influenced by your sleep.

2/ Drink water Start drinking water as soon as you wake up. You will immediately feel how your body feels better. Whenever you feel tired or feel like snacking, drink water. Most of the time you are just dehydrated.

3/ Practice gratefulness daily Every day, as soon as you wake up, write down 5 things you are grateful for. If you want, do it also before going to sleep. You are setting yourself up to be happier just by spending a few minutes a day.

4/ Make your bed It's a very simple habit but one that has a HUGE influence throughout the day. If you start the day winning, even if it's something as small as making your bed, it will turn into bigger wins. Win the morning, win the day.

5/ Train your muscles Lifting heavy weights. Practice a sport. Walk. It doesn't matter what you do, as long as you do it consistently. The more you do it, the more it will help you in the future. Get fitter, be healthier.

6/ Review your thoughts I never knew I needed this habit, and yet it is perhaps the most important one Every once in a while, I do it once a week, give yourself 10 min Review what you think about most of the time. Review what you consume on a daily basis That's how you grow

7/ Practice kindness Some people think it's just one action, it's truly a habit. Treat people with respect. Have manners. Set your boundaries. It costs $0 to be kind. Practice it daily.

These 7 habits really changed my lifestyle and mindset in less than a year.

There are basically three ways to destroy someone's image.

1. Attack their competence: Show the audience that your subject doesn't know what they are talking about. Show them your subject's incompetence by pointing out incoherences in their speech. By attacking competence, you point out the lack of legitimacy.

2. Attack their Character: Show the public the antipathic part your subject's character. Highlight their arrogance. Highlight their lack of ethics. Show the audience that what your subject is doing doesn't come from passion, but, from greed.

3. Hit under the Belt:
Show the audience parts of the intimate life of your subject. Everyone has dirt, everyone has had embarassing moments in their private life. Make that public.

6 Reasons why you feel Lost

 1) You were raised in an unhealthy environment.

Whether you want to admit it or not, the people who raised you molded you.

Their values and their beliefs were pushed on to you.
You had no choice as a child, but now you do.

You choose your environment and you choose your life.
2) You have developed low self esteem.

Low self esteem is a bad habit you have built over time.

You think you are inadequate because that's what you have been told/what you think.

Take charge of your life by knowing you are capable, you have potential and you are powerful.
3) You are deeply influenced by the media.

The media influencing everything about your life.

They make you want to be someone you are not. They make you chase lies.

It is important to take a step back, realize who you are and who you want to be.

Start becoming that person.
4) You are surrounded by enablers.

If your friends/family aren't helping you move forward, they are helping you move backwards.

Your network will dictate your future. Your habits/ decisions are greatly influenced by your circle.
Choose wisely, choose often, choose greatness.
5) You let life distract you.

How much time do you waste watching tv? Or scrolling aimlessly through the internet?

Are your hobbies pushing you forward in life or a distraction?

Make a change.

A focused mind and a determined soul is the most powerful person in the world.
6) You make poor choices.

You are where you are today because of choices.

Make bad choices get bad results.

Make good choices get good results.

Quit complicating life.

Build better habits by making better choices. Become a better person by choosing to be one.
Recap:

1) Raised in unhealthy environment.
2) Low self esteem.
3) Influenced by the media.
4) Poor friends choices.
5) Life distracts you.
6) Poor choices.

9 steps to find yourself

1) Prioritize alone time.

lone time is very powerful and the first step towards finding yourself again.

Solitude separates people from all influences and allows them to fully be themselves and focus on their own thoughts, needs and wants.

Find some alone time daily. Focus.

2) Purge your thoughts.

Allowing thoughts to come to life via journalism, drawing or talking to others is the easiest way to rationalize them.

Take time daily to focus on thoughts, so identifying your core needs can become possible.

Focus more on understanding your thoughts.

3) Focus on your top 5 core needs.

Everyone has wants and desires, but needs are different.

What do you need in life to be happy?

Find these things and plan your life around them.

Anything more is extra. Your core needs will define your life. Seek them daily.

4) Think about what you want out of life.

How often do you really think about what you want? Just you, with no outside influences...

It is time you started ignoring people and finding yourself and your wants.

Take a deep look inside and focus on those wants. Identify them.

5) Embrace your authority in life.

Understand you are in control of your life, no one else.

You decide your thoughts, your actions and everything that happens because of them.

Instead of seeking validation from others, seek validation from yourself.

6) Explore and identify your boundaries.

Routines kill more people than anything else.

Routines prevent people from finding their passions.

You need to branch out and try new things to find yourself and your passions.

Challenge yourself, accept change and find the real you.

7) Remove negative influences from your life.

Negative thoughts and influences eventually become negative choices and actions.

8) Connect with your spirit.

The core of finding yourself is simply being yourself.

To be yourself, you need to first stop thinking/trying to be someone else.

It sounds simple, but in reality it is one of the most difficult things to do.

Focus more on you and less on others

9) Find your wildness.

Wildness is what is true to you.

Your energy is real and will define you to your core.

What excites you? What drives you? What fuels your soul?

Search for these things daily.

Unleash the wild within.

Unleash your soul.
